Mario 'Marty' Reyes
Senior Program Director
Mario “Marty” Reyes brings more than 45 years of military and private-sector experience in aviation operations, logistics, maintenance, supply, and base support to Salus Solutions. A retired U.S. Air Force officer, he served as a Logistics Officer, Supply Officer, Flight Commander, and Officer Training School instructor. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College, Class of 1995.
Reyes has spent his career managing the systems that keep large operations working: people, equipment, facilities, inventories, maintenance, transportation, contracts, and supply chains. His experience includes military and commercial operations, federal contracting, procurement, finance, human resources, security, and facility support. At Salus, he serves as Senior Program Director for airport operations, administration, and planning, bringing that broad logistics background to complex aviation environments.
His work is built around readiness and accountability. Reyes develops and evaluates operating procedures, manages resources and manpower, tracks supplies and equipment, and applies Federal Acquisition Regulation and import-export requirements to government and commercial programs. He also uses root-cause analysis and corrective-action processes to find why something failed, correct the problem, and prevent it from happening again.
Reyes has also worked in the government-contracting sector, extending his military logistics experience into private-sector mission support. At Salus, that experience supports airport operations where a missed shipment, failed piece of equipment, staffing shortage, or maintenance delay can affect the entire mission.
Know what the operation needs. Put the resources in place. Fix problems before they spread. Keep the mission moving.
